sudah beberapa hari saya menggunakan google plus +1, ada beberapa hal yang baru seperti menu circle (lingkaran) chating dan beberapa fiture lainnya yang tidak ada di facebook atau twitter,beberepa menu mempunyai nama yang berbeda tetapi mempunyai fungsi yang sama. yang menarik bagi saya google +1 sama dengan menggunakan jejaring social facebook,friendster,twitter plus yahoo messenger secara bersamaan. ditambah lagi google +1 terintegrasi dengan semua produk google.

1. Untuk saat ini hanya bisa bergabung di google +1 jika sobat di invite oleh teman sobat yang telah bergabung.
2. Sobat bisa posting status sama seperti facebook dan Friendster.
3. Ada fiture “Hangouts” yang memungkinkan menggunakan video conference.
4. “spark” adalah fiture yang di gunakan untuk berbagi link dan video ke sesama pengguna.
5. Sama dengan facebook dan twitter, google + juga menggunakan symbol @ untuk mentautkan ke teman sobat.
6. Ada fiture untuk blok dan report seseorang.
7. Send messege diganti dengan send email ke gmail.
8. Sobat bisa chat di “Stream” yang online.
9. Sama dengan Yahoo messegere fiture chat dilengkapi dengan Available, bussy dsb.
10. Menu circle (lingkaran) sama dengan group di facebook tapi dengan penggunaan yang berbeda.
11. Sobat bisa mengatur notofikasi, setting account dan sebagainya.
12. Berbeda dengan facebook, pada google +1 sobat bisa menghapus account bukan nonaktifkan.

Jika Anda kerap menghadiri pertunjukan musik metal, sebenarnya Anda sudah mengenali karakter-karakter ini. Percaya atau tidak, mereka akan benar-benar ada di kerumunan kebisingan konser.

1. Pria Veteran

Pria ini biasanya berusia 20 tahun lebih tua dari penonton lainnya. Ia mungkin sudah menyaksikan konser metal sejak Anda masih mengenakan popok. Biasanya ia mengenakan rompi denim pudar dengan banyak tambalan. Ia telah menonton band metal kawakan selama ribuan kali dan bisa memberitahu Anda set list yang dimainkan mereka pada setiap konser. Pria veteran ini biasanya tidak mudah terkesan akan sesuatu, dan ia bisa Anda temukan di belakang kerumunan, bersantai minum bir.

Kadang ia menemukan beberapa temannya, tapi lebih sering nonton sendiri. Ia menatap bocah-bocah bercat rambut dan skinny jeans dengan sebal, mengingat masa mudanya ketika masih mengenakan denim kotor dan jaket kulit belel. 2. Perempuan yang Sok-sokan Ikut Pacar

“Sayang, kenapa kamu tak pernah mengajakku untuk ikut nonton konser metal yang selalu kamu tonton?” sang perempuan bertanya. “Kamu kemungkinan tidak menyukainnya,” jawab sang pacar. “Tapi saya ingin melakukan apa yang kamu suka!” perempuan bersikeras.

Dua minggu kemudian, di tengah konser heavy metal dengan penuh sesak penonton berkeringat, sang perempuan mulai menyesali perbincangan di atas. Ia ingin segera meninggalkan arena konser padahal hits andalan band tersebut belum dibawakan. Ia bahkan mengenakan kaus flannel biru, yang dianggap cocok untuknya. Kini ia kebingungan.

Ketika lagu pertama mulai dibawakan, ia berusaha mencari tahu bagaimana menari dengan lagu itu. Ia memulai dengan gerakan aneh, sangat tidak cocok dengan musik. Lalu ia tak bergeming, memandangi orang-orang di sekelilingnya. Ia mencari kenyamanan dari kekasihnya, sayangnya sang pria sudah terbuai ke dalam musik metal kesukaannya. Sang pria tak menyadari kekasihnya tersiksa.

Kadang ia bertahan karena merasa sayang sudah menghamburkan uang untuk membeli tiket konser. Sesekali ia menyadari band yang sedang tampil itu keren, dan bisa menikmatinya. Tapi itu jarang sekali terjadi. Yang ada, biasanya mereka sibuk dengan ponselnya menghubungi teman-teman di luar sana.

3. Pria Tukang Selonong

Mereka yang ingin menonton band idolanya dari dekat, tentu memilih datang lebih awal agar bisa ambil posisi. Tapi tidak dengan “si tukang selonong”. Ketika konser akan dimulai, biasanya ia sudah pemanasan di bagian belakang. Ketika bintang utama siap tampil, lampu di area konser akan meredup. Saat itulah ia beraksi.

Ia terus mencari celah menuju ke depan panggung tanpa peduli dengan sekelilingnya. Ia terus mendorong dan menepis orang agar memberinya jalan. Ia tidak akan berhenti hingga sampai ke tujuannya. Kata-kata “permisi” dan “maaf” tidak pernah terlontar olehnya. Jika dalam jumlah banyak, mereka bisa membahayakan. Jika Anda mau aman, bergeserlah ketika ia minta jalan atau beri pelajaran sesekali.

4. Pria Berkeringat dan Tanpa Baju di Mosh Pit

Konser metal tak akan lengkap tanpa ada mosh pit. Di antara banyak orang itu jangan heran jika Anda menemukan seorang pria penuh keringat dan merasa gerah dengan bajunya. Moshing bisa jadi gerakan yang sangat menyenangkan, Anda berlari menubruk orang lain, melakukan gerakan bebas melepaskan adrenalin Anda.

Tapi akan sangat menyebalkan jika Anda bertemu pria tersebut dan bersinggungan dengan tubuhnya penuh keringat. Orang lain akan diam-diam berharap pria tersebut memakai lagi kausnya. Karena mereka tidak ingin tubuhnya dipenuhi keringat orang lain. Tapi tahukah Anda? Pria ini akan berpikir semua orang tidak mempedulikannya karena takut terkena sikut olehnya.

5. Pria Penantang

Beberapa orang datang ke konser dengan tujuan untuk mendengarkan musik bagus, minum sedikit dan menikmati waktu. Tapi tidak pria tipe ini. Pria ini rela mengeluarkan uang banyak untuk tiket demi bisa berkelahi. Pria ini berada di baris depan penonton mengawasi mereka yang bisa ia “hajar”. Bukan berkelahi secara terbuka, ia menggunakan alasan menari menikmati musik untuk menghantam orang lain. Ketika seseorang tak sengaja menyikutnya dari belakang, kesempatan tersebut tak ia sia-siakan. Ia akan membalas dengan jotosan di wajah sebelum petugas keamanan mengamankan mereka.

Hal yang lucu dari tipe penonton ini adalah mereka sering kali bermasalah dengan petugas keamanan sehingga tidak lagi bisa mencari musuh. Jika ia beruntung, petugas akan membiarkan ia kembali ke mosh pit. Tapi jika kesalahannya fatal dan melibatkan banyak orang, biasanya ia dikeluarkan. Terutama jika band yang tengah tampil ikut ambil bagian. Menunjuk si biang kerok, menyorakinya dan meminta ia keluar dari pertunjukan. Sangat konyol.

Do a research about the firm you are applying for, find out about the company’s products and services and read recent publications, for example financial and economical news, about the company. The employers would always be more than happy to hear positive information about their company from a third party. So do your homework, read a lot about the company then go ahead.

Your body language during your interview

Back straight, chin up and with a stack of confidence speak out! Body language can say a lot about you even without you speaking! It is a language of its own. For example, if you are nervous or sitting crossed legged on the chair the employer will lose his interest of hiring you before starting the interview. Look smart, sit smart, speak smart and always remember that they pay you for the services you provide and they are interested in them.

Finally, your skills

Nobody will help you in this area but yourself, after all it is all in you! Tips For Getting A Job After College So You Don’t Have To Live In Mom’s Basement

When I graduated from college, I didn’t have a job offer. I was five months into a six month interview process, that seemed hopeful, but I had nothing in writing when my name was called. I was scared sh!#less about having to go back to my first job flipping burgers at McDonald’s. I mostly thought about how I let my parents down and what a loser I was for being unemployable after all this time studying. Magnu cum laude didn’t stand for anything. It was a scary feeling.

Jobless in June, I decided to visit my good friend who was studying abroad in Japan. I had nothing better to do than to wait my fate. I wasn’t about to stay at home miserable, twiddling my thumbs. Instead, I wanted to visit Tokyo and the outer areas where one of my best friends roamed. They say the best cure for worry is to keep busy. Staying busy is what I did.


After a month of traveling around and following up once a week, I got an e-mail from human resources asking me to come in and do one final screening. Crap, I wasn’t in the States, but in Asia I told them. She laughed it off and told me not to worry. She would be sending me a provisional offer letter via e-mail that I would have to sign and fax back to her. The job was mine, provided I pass the drug test when I returned. Oh boy, time to put away the bong! Just kidding. I would never condone the smoking of something natural. Only the chemically infused tobacco cigarettes should be allowed given how much lobbying money they spend on our government!

Getting a job is like winning the lottery. No matter what job you end up getting, know that many people have applied before you and didn’t get the offer. * Swallow your pride and ask those who got jobs for help. It’s really hard to speak to, let alone be in the same room with someone who has a job offer when you don’t. You naturally detest their very existence, but know that this feeling is counterproductive. Instead, congratulate them for their success and ask them if they can introduce you to one of their company’ recruiters. The recruiter is excited for landing this individual, and may very well be asking their new hire for any other recommendations.

* Leverage social media and the internet. There are online job boards everywhere. Applying online becomes a numbers game, hence you need to send out as many personalized e-mails and handsome applications as possible. The reality is, most people get jobs either because they are just so outstanding on paper, or because they have connections. As a result, you need to leverage your friends on FB, LinkedIn, and Twitter with direct questions and calls for help. Again, swallow your pride. Everybody knows it’s tough getting a job out there. Recollect all the times you’ve helped out your friends, and just be very frank and ask them if they know of any leads. Also, make sure to clean up all those risque pictures and ridiculous profiles on Facebook!

* Identify booming industries and hot locations. You should know that the San Francisco Bay Area is on fire, because there’s a big social media bubble brewing with Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn and the like. Therefore, you should direct your job seeking efforts towards Northern California. The influx of capital is spreading out to all industries such as private equity, hospitality, retail, and real estate. You have plenty of choices, and not just the Internet sector. It’s important not to pigeon hole yourself into one area.

* Lock down your finances. You are in survival mode now as you’re expected to be a grown adult who is self sufficient. As a result, don’t spend money on anything extraneous! In fact, go ahead and sell your non-essential belongings to raise funds and simply your ability to move to wherever the job market takes you. The less things you have post graduation, the better you will feel about yourself. You’ll be amazed at the liberating feeling of being able to pack everything in a couple suitcases and relocating at a moment’s notice.

* Swallow more pride. Living back at home in your mom’s basement isn’t a shameful thing anymore. It’s become as normal as meeting someone online. In fact, some studies show that 80% of college graduates in 2011 plan to move back home with the parents. You shouldn’t be spending any more money than you have to after graduation. DON’T GIVE UP
Some of you are here because you’ve always known you’ve never wanted to work the “9-to-5″ track.  Hence, this post not might matter as much.  For others, if statistics are true, some of you really want to go the traditional route but just can’t get in after college due to whatever reason and are forced unto the untemplater lifestyle.  Believe it or not, there are tons of jobs out there that pay well, provide a tremendous amount of stability, and are very enjoyable.
You may not find your dream job on the first or second attempt or even know what you want to do with your life right when you graduate and that’s okay.  Every application, interview, internship, and opportunity teaches us new things and opens new doors.  Whatever your case may be, sooner or later, know that you will find an employer who values you as much as you value them. Make sure you create a plan of attack, and regularly follow up with your contacts and submissions. You can’t just let things come to you. You’ve got to be focused in the pursuit of for employment. It’s those who stay relentless who succeed!
