8 Aturan Penting Membeli Baju Hamil

Baby Crying

Communication – that’s what a baby’s crying is for. This sweet thing that suddenly turn into a fit of tears is just craving for your sweeter attention. All cultures in the world nod to this pattern all infants are accustomed to.

A baby cries the most during his or her first three months. Though the amount of crying steadily increase, the crying time period may vary from an hour to most of the day and this could still be considered within normal range. Like, whoah, right? Babies are also known as howling tear factories.

Some thought that a baby cries more during the afternoon accounting it to the anxiousness of the mother or the stressed mood of the father after going home from work. But the most accepted assumption now is that babies have this automatic screening ability they use to shut off all the noise that may stimulate some response from them so they could get enough rest. But in the long run, this filter weakens and totally disappears during the approximate age of six weeks. This, then, make a baby very sensitive to the external factors such as noise, movements, etc. And these generally elicit a reaction from a baby and how best could he or she respond but only through crying.

There are many reasons why a baby succumbs to crying. Deciphering these reasons is the major feat a parent must surmount. Here are some of the things your sweetsome baby is making you understand through crying.

Hunger.
Yes, your attention-hungry baby is craving to let you know that his tummy is grumbling. This is the most common reason for a baby to cry, especially, during his early months. The pattern of the hunger howl could be characterized as being persistent, demanding and almost rhythmical. But that rhythm is not at any rate close to becoming musical, of course.

Boredom.
What can I say? Aren’t these babies just plain spoiled? Crying because of boredom, errr, I’d find that a bit more twisted or weird if it’s with an adult that is. But babies are really built like this. Crying is their way of telling you, “Hey get me a life here!” Aside from attention and food, consequently, babies need a lot of stimulation. And when they don’t get this, there you get your waaaaaaaaaaaaaahhhhhhhhhhh!!! The trick is to pick the baby up and play with him. This move may be frowned upon by some because of its amounting to spoiling the baby. But it is important to know that stimulation is also one of the major necessities of an infant and it won’t hurt to provide him with some while in his growing age. This boredom cry is said to be also rhythmical and full of sobs and moans.

Discomfort.
Pain is another precursor of the baby’s crying. Who won’t cry when in pain, right? Babies are not Major Paynes to endure the most excruciating discomfort they could undergo. They are little, vulnerable beings that need to be attended to when injured or when in an inconvenient situation. This cry could be more persistent, louder and more demanding. Shrieking and screaming, those are words that better describe the crying pattern roused by pain.

Another cause may be disturbance; surely, howling will proceed just when they’re about to sleep or are already fast asleep and suddenly gets surprised by some noise, or movement. An illness that causes discomfort to a baby may also be the reason for a baby’s bursting into fit of tears.

10 foods pregnant women should avoid

The list of dos and don’ts during pregnancy may be driving you crazy, but a topic that shouldn’t be avoided is what you eat. Before you head to the fridge or order one of everything off the menu, brush up on the things that mommy-to-be should avoid by reading on.
"Being pregnant increases certain hormones in your body, many of which can trigger food cravings,” explains Sherri Pinero, RD, “but sticking to safe, low bacteria foods is advised. Being aware of items with multiple ingredients can be tricky, so be a super sleuth food label reader and don’t be afraid to ask your server questions when you eat out. It is better to be safe than to spend nine months worrying if what you ate could have affected your baby.

Although some would argue that a pregnant woman has license to eat whatever she craves, here are the top 10 foods that pregnant womenhttp://images.intellitxt.com/ast/adTypes/mag-glass_10x10.gif really should take a pass on:

Undercooked meat

Memorize this phrase now: well done! Whether grilling up a juicy steak at home or ordering a delectable burger in a restaurant, always order your meat well done.

Raw fish

You may be craving sushi, but the risk of exposing your baby on board to food poisoning-causing bacteria is too high. Same goes for smoked fish, such as lox, as well. All foods should be cooked all the way through.

Fish with mercury

Fish are high in omega-3 fatty acid which is important for baby’s brain development, so it’s safe to eat about 12 ounces per week…so long as you are choosey. Avoid fish higher in mercury, such as swordfish, walleye, Chilean bass, marlin, Spanish Mackerel, Orange Roughy, Shark, King mackerel, and tilefish. Canned tuna can be consumed at about 12 ounces per week, according to the FDA.

Raw eggs

If caesar salad is calling your name, make sure to check the ingredients list first. Classic caesar dressing is made with raw egg, an ingredient that can be extremely harmful to your growing fetus should it contain salmonella. Homemade mayonnaise and eggnog made with raw egg should also be avoided. Just remember to keep it cooked!

Unpasteurized foods and drinks

Steer clear of foods and juices that aren’t pasteurized. The process of pasteurization heats milk and juices to a temperature that will kill microorganisms without changing the product, so stick to the pasteurized varieties.
Soft cheeses
They key word here again is unpasteurized. Soft cheese made with unpasteurized milk can contain the bacterial listeria, and should be avoided when you are with child. Cheeses that fall into this category include bleu cheese, camembert, feta, brie, and Mexican-style cheese like the three quesos (blanco, fresco, and decrema).

Deli meat and cheeses

Another common carrier of the bacteria listeria is deli meats and cheeses, especially since cross-contamination is common. If you have a hankering for that super sub at your local deli, ask for the meat and cheese to be heated to steaming to kill those unwanted microorganisms.

Artificial sweeteners

Saccharin, also known as Sweet 'N Low, and Stevia have not been approved as safe for pregnant women, and Cyclamate has been deemed unsafe for use by anyone. However, Sucralose (made from sugar), Aspartame, and Saccharin are all consider safe in moderation when pregnant, but recent studies have shown an increase of cancer in lab animals.

Herbal teas

The effects of herbal teas on the baby in your growing belly have not been confirmed, so passing on the herbal teas is best if you’re preggers. If you cannot pass up your hankering for this soothing beverage, drinking decaffeinated is probably best, in both the hot and cold versions.

Foods that spoil quickly

Anything with mayo in it, like potato salad or macaroni salad, should be eaten with caution. If you’re feasting on these dishes at an outdoor event, these dishes can spoil quickly without refrigeration. Save these sides for when you’re eating at home.

Feeding your baby what’s best, beginning in utero, will help give your sweet pea the best start possible. In the grand scheme of things, it’s only a short period of time you have to avoid these foods. After your baby is born and you’re finished nursing, the world is your oyster!
